🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Must be in original packaging
  • No signs of damage, alteration, or wear
  • Video recording while opening parcel is must to approve damaged returns
  • We approve returns only on damaged or incorrect product delivered to client
  • Customer needs to pay for shipping back to us unless its damaged or incorrect product delivered to client

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom-made jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged) or incorrect items delivered

  3. Our team will guide you with return instructions
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
