🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Must be in original packaging
- No signs of damage, alteration, or wear

Video recording while opening parcel is must to approve damaged returns
- We approve returns only on damaged or incorrect product delivered to client
- Customer needs to pay for shipping back to us unless its damaged or incorrect product delivered to client
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom-made jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged) or incorrect items delivered

- Share your Order Number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you with return instructions
- After receiving and inspecting the item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
