We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over Rs.2500. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We accept only damaged product return when handed over to customer. We offer a 2-day return policy for your peace of mind.

Easy Return Process:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving your item at CustomerCare@Blingsy.Store
  • We need parcel opening video recorded by customer to assure damages when courier handed over to the customer
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • We’ll issue a refund or store credit once the return is received and inspected.

Exclusions:
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
