Please note:

  • Our pieces are designed to resist tarnishing, but proper jewelry care is still recommended for longevity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on BLINGSY are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. NO COD accepted. 

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Wallets (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

4. Shipping Policy (India Only)

We currently ship across all major pin codes within India.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
  • Shipping Charges:
    • FREE shipping on orders above ₹2500

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BLINGSY jewelry. If something isn’t right, we offer:

  • 2-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
  • Customer must record parcel opening VIDEO to approve damage while parcel handed over to customer
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after quality check

Note:
Customized or discounted items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care team.

After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as we begin processing your order promptly for fast delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, content, designs, and logos on BLINGSY are the property of the brand and protected under copyright law. Any unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we maintain strict quality control, BLINGSY is not liable for:

  • Minor delays by shipping partners
  • Slight product variations due to handcrafted processes
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to jewelry materials
